     the areas of reading and math.

     increase annually in the areas of

     reading and math.

3.  The number of students entering

     post secondary programs shall

     increase annually.

4.   Students will be provided and
     taught the skills necessary to use
     the county's technology
     infrastructure to enhance learning,
     increase productivity and promote
     creative learning.
