Senior picture day has been rescheduled to Monday October 2nd due to a staffing issue with the photography company.
Late last night we were alerted about a potential issue at TCHS. In order to allow our local law enforcement time to investigate and ensure the safety of our staff and students we issued a remote learning day for today March 27, 2023. I am happy to report that the investigation showed that there was no threat to our school or any of our staff/students. We would like to take this opportunity to praise our students for doing the right thing and bringing this to our attention. It’s always better to err on the side of caution. Remember if you see something say something!
With the change of semester occurring last week, we understand that there are students who have not received their new snow packets. Students should check their LiveGrades messages for assignments and/or for Google Classroom access codes that will allow them to access their assignments. If students have already added classes to their Google Classroom, they should check there for assignments. If internet challenges prohibit a student from accessing assignments they have not been given yet, they will be provided once we return to school with appropriate deadlines to complete the work.
Good Evening TCHS Families, Report cards were sent home with TCHS this afternoon. Be sure to ask your student to see their report card. If they do not have a report card, please call the school Monday, and we will be happy to get you a copy. You may also call the school Monday with any questions. Have a great weekend!
This is a reminder that Wednesday night November 30th from 3:30-6:00 we will be hosting a FASFA night at the high school. During the event seniors who are applying to college may come with their families and their tax information to receive assistance completing their FASFA
Important Scheduling Information! Seniors do not need to attend school at TCHS on Wednesday October 12, 2022. Instead, they should use this day to complete their required job shadowing, or part of their required 40 hours of community service. Freshman-Junior students will use this day to take the PSAT, a test that will give students a practice attempt at the SAT, the required state assessment that is given each year to juniors in the spring.
